Distribution Rights For Sale

Feature length film shot on DV is shot and finished and is beginning to hit festivals. However, since I feel I know very little about finding distribution, plus may be preoccupied in the time ahead, perhaps it would be best if I simply sold the movie outright to someone who could do more with it. These are lifetime rights for sale that would enable you to proceed with marketing/distributing the film however you felt was best appropriate and on your own time.
