Looking for a composer/sound designer for short film.

Great opportunity to build a reel! Director is looking for a composer/sound designer with experience in producing sound track for film for theatrical release. The short film entitled “October Haze”, shot on 35mm film, is an antiviolence/cultural harmony piece about two very different people suffering the after-effects of the terrorist attacks, and how they react to one another upon meeting in an underground parking garage, which represents purgatory in the barest of senses. In lieu of dialogue, the story relies solely on facial expressions, body language, atmosphere and action to set the tone and convey the message. The sound design is the key element of this story. This is a non paid gig for a professional with an access to the sound recording studio. Applicants must be familiar with Dolby Surround Sound requirements.
