There are some links now for sample PPMs (see Private Placement Memorandum) in the files section. They cost around $100 to download. They are very general references. The one I'm offering is film specific and has been drafted by an entertainment attorney. The basic language has been successfully used more than once. Numerous entertainment attorneys and professionals have said it's one of the best they've ever seen. While being very transparent, it does favor the producer financially as well as with respect to creative and managerial control.

I can't stress enough how important this document is for independent financing and how much you'll learn and save by doing some of your own leg work customizing the existing document to suit your specific project. 

I can't stress enough, always have your work reviewed by an entertainment attorney.
