My New Website!

I have created a new Website in readiness of the republication of my novel, The Trojan Project. However, I am not technology wizard, so there is nothing fancy about the site. I thought it best not to fiddle around too much for fear of crashing the whole Internet. I have even waited a couple of days before mentioning it here in case the whole thing colapsed once I logged out. But the last time I looked it was still sitting there staring at me, wondering what I was going to do next. So I added a…See More

The Trojan Project
By
Eileen Thornton

‘The Trojan Project’ is a fast-paced, highly descriptive novel which follows several protagonists, all linked by their individual quests to find answers, the truth and above all, - each other. Sarah Maine must find her husband, who failed to return home the night that an ominous green cloud filled the sky above the valley in which their farmhouse sits.

Upon finding the unrecognisable remains of her neighbours the following morning, she leaves the North for London in the hope that her father, a Government Scientist, will be able to shed some light on the matter. As the only reliable witness still alive, she finds herself on the run and at the centre of a State cover-up. The Trojan Project is a tale fuelled by love, jealousy, hatred and ruthless determination, which also inadvertently delivers a moral message; highlighting the threat that we all live with, whilst chemical weapons continue to be produced.

The Trojan Project

Back Cover Blurb

A strange light appears in the night sky above the Cheviots.
A mist descends, shrouding the hills and valleys.
Is it a natural phenomenon or something more sinister?

In a remote farmhouse, Sarah worries about Pete, her missing husband.
When she and her two young children go in search of him, she makes a terrifying discovery.

She reports the incident to Andy, a disbelieving, young policeman. However, he is forced to think again when the military suddenly appear at the police station asking for Sarah by name.
How do they know she’s there?
Why do they want her so desperately?

Only Andy’s cunning allows them time to escape.
So begins a nightmare journey to her parent’s home in London.
But as the net grows even wider, how long will they stay out of the clutches of the Military?

Meanwhile, what of Pete…?

Thanks very much for the message about Dean, Eileen.  Very interesting as well, since, yesterday I thought about how good it would be to connect Dean and my dear friend who is a wonderful writer/director (Eric Hurt).  I had a gut feeling that these two may have some things in common.  Eric is really doing very well as a Director/Writer and DP and Dean's website really impressed me...nice body of work, etc.  Hopefully we'll all be working together one day!  Very good to "meet" you as well!  Thanks again...

Cheers,

Victoria

Hi. I'm a producer, and I want to change the entertainment industry. For many years people have travel to Hollywood, to get a studio to produced their scripts.
But they have had someone crush their dreams, without even reading their script. I want to change that, go to my page and read about it. And join, this awesome quest.

Thanks, Eileen. Yes, have to work quick in this business, although the business doesn't work that way and is very slow in moving ahead. Anyway, have a great rest of the weekend and much continued success.
