Transactional entertainment attorney. I Represent both established and "up and coming" film and television actors, hosts, directors, writers and independent producers. In addition to talent deals, I negotiate book, screenplay and life story agreements, as well as film finance and distribution deals and studio term deals. I also handles licensing, merchandising, endorsement and spokesperson deals for both traditional entertainment companies and those whose main business is outside of the entertainment industry. I have been involved with audits of major studios conducted on behalf of talent with gross profit participations, as well as hedge fundventure capital investments. However, I cannot be hired to shop scripts or to find an agent or manager or financing for your project, so please don't contact me for these things.

Los Angeles Magazine has again named me a "Southern California Super Lawyer” for 2008. I was chosen as one of Hollywood ’s "top new generation deal makers" by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
