Hey, John -

Wow. There's a lot here! I'm a fellow lawyer (non-entertainment), now screenwriting, and am in the early stages of an indie film project with some filmmakers here in Chicago. I'm gonna poke around through the financing info on your site. Cheers!

Hello John,

If I wanted to put together a PPM for a project, what do I need to know, and what would I need to do? I have a lot of questions, but I don't think we could cover them all here. If I were to consider a PPM, what would your fees and requirements be?

Hi John,

I just read your BUSINESS PLAN OR SECURITIES DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT and found it right on the money! Would you mind if we sent a newsletter out to all our members asking them to read it? (we have 3,516 and counting on this site alone, 11,000 via our newsletter) because I think it would really benefit our members.
