Hosted the SUNSHINE PROGRAM on 98-FM WAJX-FM, Titusville, FL USA (later WSCF-FM of Titusville, FL, now defunct since 1986). Played Contemporary Christian Music on a Top-40 Music Radio Station, every Sunday Morning at 7:30 AM for one-half hour.

I looked at some office spaces for rent earlier today. I didn't put out any money - I just went to look at the tenant spaces to get a feel for how big they were, and where I'll put all the office equipment, and the conference room, and all the other office stuff. I'll match what I saw with the rental rates given to me, and apply that info to all the cost break-downs in my business plan - that way the people with funding will see that my estimates are justified.
