Hey IP folks!
I've been co-creating and co-starring in a web series since last January called "The Junior League of Superheroes". After filming the first three episodes and enjoying a spectacularly successful premiere of the last one at the San Diego Comic Con International Film Festival, we're looking to find some help (or some referrals of others who could help!) producing the next nine episodes in our first season.
The series follows the bumbling adventures of six wannabe LA superheroes, who may or may not have superpowers as of yet, as they stumble through a world in which comic-book superior capabilities are both commonplace as well as commercial. JLoSH has been the subject of several reviews already in Backstage and Tubefilter TV, as well as MSN.com. We're really pushing to find a producer and/or a marketing team to help us further stretch the series, both artistically and financially, and with six uniquely powered characters, we're optimistic product placement would be easy to do and well-suited to the plot. We are currently in talks with a distribution company who wants to make JLoSH available to be bought and viewed on cell phones across the world.
My co-creators and I would love nothing more than to continue production with the rest of our season, but we've reached a point in which we need the guidance of a producer to help us finance, further distribute, find product placement, and continue creating the next episodes of JLoSH better than we can do now.
Check out the series at www.GetJLoSHed.com, and let me know if you or anyone you know would be up for helping us produce our scrappy little webseries that has a big, bright future ahead of it!
Best,
Teresa Reilly
